Question 208707
Write in simplest form without negative or zero exponents.
{{{(2x^(-1))^(-2)/(2(y^(-1))^(-2))}}}
Multiply exponents when raising one power to another power, (2 has an exponent of 1)
{{{(2^(-2)x^(-1*-2))/(2(y^(-1*-2)))}}} = {{{(2^(-2)x^2)/(2y^2)}}}
The reciprocal makes 2's exponent positive
{{{(x^2)/(2^2*2y^2)}}} = {{{(x^2)/(4*2y^2)}}} = {{{(x^2)/(8y^2)}}}
