Use the point-slope form of the equation of a line:

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ y - y_1 = m(x - x_1) ]

where *[tex \Large m] is the given slope, and *[tex \Large \left(x_1,y_1\right)] is the given point.

For your first problem:

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ y - 3 = 4(x - 1) ]

Then solve for *[tex \Large y] to obtain the slope-intercept form. Do all four of them the same way.
