I'm not sure you stated the problem correctly.  Did you mean to say 
{{{ 50x^3 - 3 - 2x + 75x^2}}}???  If so, then:


First, place the terms in DESCENDING POWER:  

{{{50x^3+75x^2 -2x-3}}}


Next, this is a FACTORING BY GROUPING problem, where you have to group the first two and the last two together.  In the first two terms, there is a common factor of 25x^2, and in the second two terms there is a common factor of -1.

{{{25x^2(2x+3) -1(2x+3)}}}


This generates a COMMON FACTOR of (2x+3), which you can take out, leaving this:

{{{(2x+3)(25x^2 - 1)}}}


The last factor is a DIFFERENCE of SQUARES, so it factors again:
{{{(2x+3)(5x-1)(5x+1)}}}.
