Question 204285
Here's something helpful to remember: The polynomial {{{f(x)=ax^2+bx+c}}} has a minimum when {{{a>0}}} (ie when "a" is positive) or has a maximum when {{{a<0}}} (ie when "a" is negative)

So for all three, simply get the right sides into the form {{{ax^2+bx+c}}} and determine the values of "a". From there, determine if those values are either positive or negative.

Note: you have to FOIL (ie expand) the right side of part c)
