Question 202798
find the derivative
f(x)=x^4*e^3x
f'(x)=
this is what I came up with and it says my answer is wrong- what did I do wrong
f'(x) 4x^3*e^3x*3
---------------
It's a product, so you have to follow the product rule.
f'(x) = x^4*[3e^(3x)] + [e^(3x)*12x^2]
Then simplify.
