Question 202720
This is actually very simple! The Point-Slope form is {{{y - y[1] = m(x - x[1])}}} where the {{{ x[1] }}} and {{{ y[1] }}} represent the coordinates of any point on the line and "m" represents the slope.<br>
So all you have to do is replace {{{ x[1] }}}, {{{ y[1] }}} and "m" with the numbers you have been given:
{{{y - (-6) = (3/5)(x - 4)}}}
This is Point-Slope form. Although most people would simplify the left side by changing the subtraction of -6 to adding positive 6:
{{{y + 6 = (3/5)(x - 4)}}}
And we're done!
