There are two ways to go about this.  Since there are 100 centimeters in a meter, you can divide each of your measurements by 100 (that is, move the decimal point two places to the left) and then multiply the three results together.  Or you can just multiply the three given measurements and divide the result by *[tex \Large 100^3 = 1,000,000], which you can accomplish by moving the decimal point 6 places to the left.
