Question 201478
<font face="Garamond" size="+2">

If you have a parentheses mark, you make a little circle (meaning the endpoint is NOT included). If you have a bracket, you make a solid dot (meaning the endpoint IS included). Once you have the endpoints marked, you make a heavy line between the endpoints.

For your problem b: Make a solid dot at -1 because you have a square bracket on that end, make a little circle at 8 because you have a parentheses on that end, make a heavy line between the solid dot and the little circle to show that ALL of the numbers between the endpoints are included.

You should be able to figure out the rest.
