Question 191140
 I need help explaining radicals to my daughter and have no clue. can you go step by step so I can show her please. 4 square root 10 multiply 3 square root 6
----------------
I think you mean:
{{{4sqrt(10)*3sqrt(6)}}}
Since they're both square roots, you can multiply them. You can't multiply a sq root and a cube root, tho.
= {{{12sqrt(60)}}}  the 3 and 4 multiply, too
= {{{12sqrt(4*15)}}}
= {{{24sqrt(15)}}}
That's all that can be done.
