Question 26418
To find an unknown variable you must isolate it on either side of the equation or inequality.

7/10t < -5
Divide both sides by 7/10. We get:
t < -5 divided by 7/10
This also can be written as:
t < -5 times 10/7 < -50/7

Therefore t < -50/7 or -7 1/7 or -7.14

I hope that is right?
