I am taking a leap of faith here, but i think you have written the numerator incorrectly. I think it should be {{{ (16x^2-25)/(12x^2+5x-25) }}}, in which case we get:


{{{ ( (4x+5)(4x-5) )/( (4x-5)(3x+5) ) }}}

{{{ ( (4x+5) )/( (3x+5) ) }}}
