Question 187610
Find the roots of the polynomial function.
y=x^3+8
y=x^3+8=(x+2)(x^2-2x+4)
(-2)^2-4(1)(4)=12
one real root= -2
Could someone please check this for me?
-----------------
y = (-2)^3 + 8
y = -8 + 8 = 0
It fits.
You don't need the complex roots? It says "Find the roots..."
