ok look at the first two inequalities. 
First thing you need to do is see if there in slope intercept form (y=mx+b)
1. -4x+y=-8     First you need to get the y by itself
   +4x   +4x    so you will add 4x to each side of the = because the x is neg.
   y=4x-8       <--so that gives you.. Always put the x first .. Then Graph

2. 2x-2y=-14    First you will get y by itself
  -2x    -2x    so you will subtract 2x from each side becuause the x is +
  -2y=-2x-14    next you will need to divide every number by -2x to get a +
  -2  -2  -2
    y=x+7       thats what u get that should help u get the other 4 i hope this helped you.
