It's the product of two expressions:

{{{(2a^3c^2)(-7ac^5)}}}
numbers first:
{{{2*(-7)=-14}}}
then the a's:
{{{(a^3)*a=a^4}}}
next the c's:
{{{(c^2)(c^5)=c^7}}}
now back together:
{{{-14(a^4)(c^7)}}}-----------------ans
