Question 176469
If you have a point (x1,y1) and a slope m, the equation of the line through that point with that slope is
{{{y-y1=m(x-x1)}}}
If you have the slope m and the y-intercept b, the equation of the line is
{{{y=mx+b}}}
Here, your point (x1,y1) is (0,2). Notice though, that this is the y-intercept (x=0 means you are on the y-axis). So you actually know that the y-intercept is 2. So, you can set up the equation directly:
{{{y=(4/5)x+2}}}
If you didn't realize this, you could use the first formula I gave you as follows:
{{{y-2=(4/5)(x-0)}}}
{{{y-2=(4/5)x}}}
{{{y=(4/5)x+2}}}
