Question 171450
find the slope (m) and y-intercept (b) for each of these equation
a) y = -3x + 3
{{{SLope=m=-3}}} & {{{yIntercept=3}}}
b) y == -6/7x
{{{Slope=m=-6/7}}} & {{{yIntercept=0}}}
c) y = 9-2x/11 ----> {{{y=9-(2/11)x}}}, then
{{{Slope=m=-2/11}}} & {{{yIntercept=9}}}
d) 3 = y/5-2 ----> Missing something here I guess? this only shows a point on y-axis:
----> {{{3=(y/5)-2}}} ???
----> {{{3+2=y/5}}} --> {{{5*5=y}}}----> {{{y=25}}}? not 100% sure bec of the fraction configuration you put.
Thank you,
Jojo
