Question 170180
Hi, Hope I can help,
.
Does the square root of 0 equal undefined, no solution, or 0
.
Here are some more examples
.
{{{ sq rt(25) = 5 }}} or (-5) ( {{{ 5^2 = 25}}}, or {{{ 5(5)=25 }}}, {{{ -5^2=25 }}}, or {{{ -5(-5)=25 }}} )
.
{{{ sqrt(9) = 3 }}} or (-3) ( {{{ 3^2=9 }}}, or {{{ 3(3)=9 }}}, {{{ -3^2 =9}}}, or {{{ -3(-3)=9 }}} )

.
The square root of a number is multiplied by itself to get the number inside the square root
.
So for {{{ sqrt(0) }}}, what number multiplied by itself will equal "0"?
.
The answer is "+0" or "-0", or just "0"
.
 ( {{{ 0^2 = 0 }}}, or {{{ 0(0) = 0 }}} )
.
It is not undefined, because it does exist, and no solution is the same as undefined
.
So your answer is {{{ 0 }}}
.
Hope I helped, Levi
