Will you please help me with the following problem? I need to express Log base three of twenty seven to the negative third power as a product and then simplify it.

I'm not sure that's what you mean, but it might be.
{{{27^(-1/3) = 1/27^(1/3)}}}
={{{log(3,(1/27^(1/3)))}}}
{{{27^(1/3)}}} is the cube root of 27, which is 3 so it's
{{{log(3,(1/3))}}}
And that is -1.
