Question 165562
It's not a problem until you say what to do with it.
I'm assuming you want to simplify it
{{{(2/3)(15x^2 - 18x + 24)}}}
This is the same as
{{{2*(1/3)(15x^2 - 18x + 24)}}}
Now you use the distributive law
{{{2*((1/3)*15x^2 - (1/3)*18x + (1/3)*24)}}}
{{{2*(5x^2 - 6x + 8)}}}
Use the distributive law again
{{{10x^2 - 12x + 16}}} answer
