Question 23288
Because this is almost in standard form Ax+By = C, it will probably be easiest to go ahead and add 16 to both sides to make it easier to work with.

2y-5x-16=0

2y-5x=16

If x = 0, then 2y= 16, so y = 8
If y = 0, then -5x=16, so x={{{-16/5}}}

Plot the points and connect the dots. It should look like this. If you have not seen my recent lesson plans check them out in algebra.com under "Graphing".
{{{graph(300,300,-10,10,-10,10, (16+5x)/2)}}}
