Question 159559
Note: I'm assuming that "x" and "y" are integers

If you meant to post {{{x^2/y}}}, then the largest value of {{{x^2/y}}} will have the largest possible {{{x^2}}} (or the largest possible x). So this means that {{{x=19}}} (if x is an integer). Also the largest value of {{{x^2/y}}} will have the smallest possible "y" value. So this means that {{{y=39}}}

So when {{{x=19}}} and {{{y=39}}}, this means that {{{x^2/y=(19)^2/39=9.256}}} which is the largest value when 10 < x < 20 and 40 < y < 60
