there is no proper order of writing terms in your example... the only thing people tend to do is to write a polynomial in descending (or ascending) powers of the variable, eg x^4+x^3+x^2+x+5 for example.


Your example has m and x, so there is no "correct" order. What you say is the correct order is purely alphabetical with the constant term at the end, but writing 4 + 2x + 11mx + 5m is fine too, albeit more unusual.
