Question 154662
B=0.20[$100,000-0.40($100,000-B)]
B=0.20($100,000-$40,000 +0.4B)
B=0.20($60,000 + 0.4B)
B=$12,000+0.08B
B - 0.08B = 12000
1.00B - 0.08B = 12000
Note: 1.00 - 0.08 = 0.92
0.92B=$12,000
B=$13,043.48

Can you please explain to me how the example arrived at .92B=$12,000 in the line second from the bottom?
