Graph y=-3. Then graph x=6.  Your graphs should look like this:

y=-3
*[invoke describe_linear_equation 0, 1, -3]

x=6
*[invoke describe_linear_equation 1, 0, 6]

Then to get {{{y>=-3}}}, Shade above the line you just graphed.  You are done there.

Then to get {{{x>=6}}}, shade to the right of the line you just graphed. You are done there.
