First simply graph the lines for y=-3 and x=6.

*[invoke describe_linear_equation 1, 0, 6]

Then since {{{y>=-3}}}, shade the part of the graph above that line.  And since {{{x>=6}}}, shade the part to the right of that line.  Both illustrate that the numbers are getting higher along the axis.  Once you have done this, you are done.
