Question 147498
A circle has the greatest area for a given circumference. Do you need to prove that?

Anyway, the circumference is 16, so the diameter is 16/PI, or apx 5.093 feet. This encloses an area of 20.372 sq feet.

If you made a square, it would enclose 16 sq feet.

If you need a proof about the circle, email me.
