3vz-2=4

Are thses supposed to be two equations?
------------------------------

Write the equation y=2/3 x-3 in standard forms using only integers and a positive coefficent for x.
Multiply thru by 3 to get:
3y = 2x - 9
2x - 3y = 9
-------------------------------------

Write your result in lowest terms for [-2/(10x^2-4x)] - [x+3/15-6]

Is the right side one, two, or three terms?
