x = log5 (25^(1/4))

x = log5 (5^(1/2))

x = 1/2

symbol 3 over 5 (fraction)


2.) log2 square root symbol 3over5 

= log2 [sqrt(3/5)]

= log2 (3/5)^(1/2)

= (1/2)log2 (3/5)

= (1/2)[log(3/5) / log2]

= (1/2)[-0.73697]

= -0.38483...

Comment:  I still doubt this is the answer you need.  The problem
is totally different than the others you have posted.  If you have 
an answer to the problem I may be able to tellwhat the problem 
should be.

x = 3^(1/81)
x = 1.01366
