Each exterior angle = 360/5 = 72 degs
--> interior angles = 108 degs.

How you construct (draw?) it depends on the equipment you have.

It does exist and there is a way to construct it. I have done so in class but it takes about 6 or 7 steps and would be too difficult to show here. It begins with a circle...you can find this online if you do a search...by the way you can even consturct a regular 17-gon too...
