You can put this solution on YOUR website!
pablo speed=x
manuel speed=3x
3x*time=90; time for M. is 90/3x; units are miles/miles/hour=hours
x*(time+2)=90
time=90/3x
time+2=90/x
time=(90/x)-2
30./x=(90/x)-2=(90-2x)/x
The denominators cancel
30=90-2x
-60=-2x
x=30 mph for Pablo; ANSWER
3x=90 mph Manuel
It takes Manuel 1 hour to go 90 miles
It takes Pablo 3 hours to go 90 miles, 2 hours longer.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
            rate         time        distance
Manuel       3r           t             90
Pablo         r           t+2           90

RT=D relates rate time distance.
