MEN WHO ATTEND NIGHT SCHOOL .3*.4=.12 OR 12%
WOMEN WHO ATTEND NIGHT SCHOOL .2(1-.4)=.2*.6=12 OR 12%THEREFORE THE TOTAL PERCENT IS 12+12=24% ATTEND NIGHT SCHOOL.

Let "x" be the number of employees.
# of men = 0.4x ; number of women =0.6x
# of men who go to night school = 0.3*0.4x = 0.12x
# of women who go to night school = 0.2*0.6x= 0.12x
