Look at problem 99699. It is the same problem only numbers are different. I hope you are not solving it for yourself :-D.

Looking at problem 99699, I am to desyppher that the problem would be this.
(75 + 95 + 97 + x) / 4 = 90
75 + 95 + 97 = X = 90 * 4
x= 360-75-95-97
x = 93
Sarah needs to score at least a 93 on the 4th exam.
