(4/25)^( -3/2)=
(25/4)^(3/2). Invert the fraction, change the sign of the exponent.
=25^3/2 divided by 4^3/2
The numerator is 125, square root (2) of 25 then cubed.
The denominator is 8 by the same approach
Answer is (125/8)

This is 8^1/3 divided by 125^1/3
That is 2/5.
