You can put this solution on YOUR website! The way I understand it, you are saying that he gets paid $20/hour for the first 40 hours and $30/hour for every hour over 40. The way you have it, it doesn't make any sense, this is why:
20 x 40= 800 If he works 40 hours he gets paid $800. But you say he got paid $480, which means he only worked 24 hours.
