Question 996370: I cannot figure out this problem
angle 1 is 3x
angle 2 is 2x-1
angle 3 is 180-(x+15)

You can put this solution on YOUR website!

given:
angle 1 is 3x
angle 2 is 2x-1
angle 3 is 180-%28x%2B15%29 interior angles of triangle whose sum is 180 degrees
so we have:
3x+%2B+%282x-1%29+%2B+180-%28x%2B15%29+=+180........solve for x

3x+%2B+2x-1+%2B+180-x-15+=+180
%283x+%2B+2x-x%29+%2B+180-15-1+=+180
4x+%2B+180-16+=+180
4x+=+180-180%2B16
4x+=+16
x+=+16%2F4
x+=+4
now we can find the measure of each angle:
angle 1 is 3x=>3%2A4=>highlight%2812%29
angle 2 is 2x-1=>2%2A4-1=>highlight%287%29
angle 3 is 180-%28x%2B15%29=>180-%284%2B15%29=>180-19=>highlight%28161%29
