"m<1 is twice the measure of its complement (<2)" so,

m < 1 = 2*( m < 2)
x = 2*y

The two angles are complementary, so they add to 90 degrees

x+y = 90
2y+y = 90 ... replaced x with 2y (see equation above)
3y = 90
3y/3 = 90/3
y = 30

If y = 30, then x = 2*y = 2*30 = 60

The two angles are 30 and 60
