If is a zero of a polynomial, then is a factor of the polynomial. If the polynomial is of degree , then it has linear factors. When you multiply your three linear factors you will get a polynomial of the form . Almost there. However, for any given set of coefficients , all polynomials have the same zeros. You just need to find the right value of so that the lead coefficient is 2.
