A + B - AB = 200

A is the number who play soccer.
B is the number who play cricket.
AB is the number who play both.

A = 120
B = 100

120 + 100 - AB = 200

220 - AB = 200

AB = 220 - 200 = 20

20 play both.

this means that:

100 play soccer only.
80 play cricket only.
20 play both.

100 + 80 + 20 = 200

solution is:

80 play cricket but not soccer.
