30-60-90 triangles have side lengths of 1 for the shortest, 2 for the hypotenuse, and sqrt(3) for the third side.
If the hypotenuse is 10 inches, the short side is 5 inches, and the other side is 5 sqrt(3) inches.
Perimeter is 10+5+5 sqrt(3)inches, and 5 sqrt (3) is 8.66 or 8.7 inches
That is 23.7 inches.
