You can put this solution on YOUR website!

the first digit can be any of 1, 2, 5, 6, 8, 9
the last digit is determined by the first digit (has to be it's "flip")
the middle digit has to be one that flips to itself: 0, 1,+2, 5, or 8
6+%2A+5%2A+1+=+30 possible numbers
so, answer is:
B. 6%2A5 or 30
