Question 99421: how do I solve -9+x=16?
Answer by math-smartey1029(3) About Me  (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website!
-9+x=16
first add 9 to both sides of the equation, because you have a negative nine.
so it will look like
-9 +x=16
+9 +x=+9
so you will be left with x on one side and 25 on the other.
x=25
do you understand it?
