The velocity of an object is given by V=80-3t where t is in seconds. When will the velocity be between 32 ft/s and 64 ft/s?

32 < 80-3t < 64
------
Subtract 80 along the line to get:
-48 < -3t < -16
------
Divide thru by -3; (that reverses the inequality)::
16/3 < t < 16
