This inequality is equivalent to

9x%5E2+-24x+%2B+16 ≥ 0,

which, in turn, is

%283x+-+4%29%5E2 ≥ 0.

This inequality is always true,  since the left side is the square of a real number.

Answer.  The solution is the entire number line,  i.e. all real numbers.  In the interval form  (-infinity, infinity).
