Given my choice of centers of rotation and start location in Q1, I can make the thing end up in any quadrant you choose. For example, say that the triangle is a 3-4-5 right triangle with the right-angle vertex at the point (100,100), the larger acute vertex at (103,100), and the smaller acute vertex at (100,104). Furthermore, the center of rotation for both rotations is the right angle vertex of the triangle. In this case, the figure will be wholly in quadrant 1 after both rotations and the translation.
