First plot the point (-4,-1).
Slope is change in y over change in x.
So in this case a change in x of 3 units gives you a change in y of 1 unit.
So another point on the line would be,
(-4,-1)+(3,1)=(-1,0)
Plot that point.
Then draw the line connecting the points.
