and if its perimeter P=2%28L%2BW%29 is 27.9m we have
2%28L%2BW%29=27.9m......eq.2....substitute W%2B4.15m for L
2%28W%2B4.15m%2BW%29=27.9m...solve for W
%28W%2B4.15m%2BW%29=27.9m%2F2

%28W%2B4.15m%2BW%29=13.95m
2W=13.95m-4.15m
2W=9.8m
W=9.8m%2F2
