Let  x  be the measure of the given angle in degrees.

Then the supplement angle is  (180° - x).

The complement angle is  (90° -x),
and the supplement to the complement angle is   180°-(90°-x) = 90°+x.

So you have an equation

(180-x) + 60 = 2*(90+x).

Simplify and solve it:

180 - x + 60 = 180 + 2x,

3x = 60,

x = 20°.
