3-1/(X-2)=[3(X-2)-1)/(X-2)=(3X-6-1)/(X-2)=(3X-7)/(X-2) REDUCED DENOMINATOR.
NOW INVERT THE DENOMINATOR & MULTIPLY THE FRACTIONS.
(4X-7)/(X-2)*(X-2)/3X-7) NOW CANCEL OUT THE (X-2) TERMS:
(4X-7)/3X-7) ANSWER.
