You can put this solution on YOUR website!
How do I graph a line that has Δy = 3 and Δx = 0?
===============
If you mean the change in x = 0, then the line is parallel to the y-axis.
--> x is constant
----
--> x = some constant
eg,
x = 1, x = 2, x = -pi, etc.
