You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let the age of Aaron be x and the age of Ron be y.
y-x=5---(1)
y+4=2(x+4)=2x+8
y+4=2x+8=>y-2x=4---(2)
Substituting y=5+x in (2) from (1)
5+x-2x=4
5-4=2x-x
x=1 yr
y=5+x=5+1=6yrs
So, the present ages of Aaron is 1 year and Ron is 6 years.
